If I am not mistaken, high performance JDM engines are meant to run with 100RON gasoline. We don't have that here. Blaze goes only to 96.

Nothing lower than Blaze which is the minimum already.  If you happen to get bad gas or your fuel system is not functioning properly, you may hurt your engine.  My EK9 is about that compresseion ratio.  When we checked it in the dyno when we 1st got it, it was running lean at the top and rich below Vtec.  That's how JDM high perf engines are usually tuned cuz they are tuned for Japan.

You need to get a programable box and tune your engine for local conditions.  Otherwise, you may damage your engine.

Go to petron greenhills, edsa corner connecticut. ( the service area not the pumps ), they have on hand stock of high octane motor fuel in drums. You can fill up there. these are sold at  47 pesos per liter as of two days ago and are 102 octane ( RON ) .

Blaze should be fine.  I always try to fill up nga at that EDSA Connecticut gas station cuz it's reliable.

Just try to listen for knock or ping (a metallic knocking or clicking sound in the engine in low rpm's or backfire in high rpm's) when accelarating hard or going uphill.  If you detect any, do not race the engine!  You need to set the advance timing lower or use higher octane gas.

I think the H22A is set at 16 degrees advance.  You can have it set to a lower advance by a mechanic is you are using bad gas.  Check you spark plugs periodically...they should be brown.  If they are very light color, almost white, or show damage, you are getting lean mixtures and/or detonation.

if you're not hearing knock using blaze then no need to do anything else.

i strongly suggest using the highest octane pump fuel that you can find

as far as i know, jdm h22vtecs are fed with 91-93octanes in japan as our h22vtecs in nz use mostly 91 octane without having any knock problem at all, but those guys are just being cheap though...  hehe...  peace man (if there are any nzhonda guys out here...  sup man)
