Where to put up an autoshop?

I'm just planning to put up an autoshop. can you guys tell me where would be the best? quezon city or manila?
If you also know an empty lot please let me know. or somewhere where I could go and check it out. thanks.
maybe 400 sqm  or 500 sqm?

well what kind of autoshop? hmmmm . well mmmm i would like to cover everything as much as possible. like collission repairs, paint jobs. mechanical, under chassis. not much into race engine modification. ill probably start small hehehe ndi naman din kasi malaki budget  ko. pero ang main concern ko siyempre is magsurvive lang muna talyer kahit ndi malaki ang income. I have friends na may autoshop din kasi so yung mga mistakes nila tinatandaan ko para maiwasan ko and no.1 priority is quality

I live in QC, somewhere in Banawe to be exact. and madami ng talyer dito . mmm BF? well pwede pero malayo sa akin and hindi ako sure sa market madami na bang talyer dun? what kind of autoshop. one that does paint jobs, mechanical works, not more into those race engine modification. tune ups, underchassis.

wag kana sa Banawe dami na run masyado. marami tamad na pagawa jan kasi dami mga ahente na makukulit. mahal na rin ata pwesto jan. sa e rod ka. or sa west ave.

sige will look around sa erod. I think mahal din rent dun. and may 3 o 4 na talyer na. sa west ave? actually nagikot ako dun. mmm parang patay kasi yung area na. Madami yata dun mags. except of course kay a-toy. hmmmm. If any of you guys know a place na mababa ang rent. please let me know. or dating inuupahan ng talyer na nag close na or lumipat na. pero wag naman yung sobrang tago. :occasion14:
