the caliper gets really hot. i suggest you use high temp paint.

Dupli-color caliper paint.  Make sure you clean/degrease your caliper before you paint it.

for d.i.y. your best option is a high temp paint in aerosol cans. however, as posted by "-jason-" very limited color choices. you may try acrylic paints or better yet go to highlang trading along shaw pasig side. they can mix any color of your choice and put in aerosol cans. they key there is prepping the calipers and rotors. make sure its clean and grease-free, sand it down by a 600 or 800 grit sand paper then paint away 

f.y.i what we use in the shop is dupont urethane paint. we just use a special activator to promote beter adhesion. with this, we have a lot of color choices

meron nabibiling mga brake cleaner...spray lang and you can either wipe it or just let it evaporate.

followed by preferred color

also may high temp ba na clear coat?
if so ... possible din ba na ipang top coat yun sa preferred regular paint
thought of doing the calipers on my ride din e
