Yup, it's not convenient for a daily driver  :)

You missed RWYB, too bad.

Ok guys I promise this July, am very dependent on the PTCC schedule which is still undecided about the July date if BRC or Subic. If they run at Subic we will run with them, if they go to BRC we will schedule another day at Subic. As it is the next Ptcc round is this Sunday at Subic, when AAP negotiations with BRC fell though, I just wish they would stop squabbling if he does not want the PTCC there then run it all in Subic, I want a few races at BRC, but we should not be held captive by an unreasonable track owner.

Uh it would be dangerous to drive without a helmet!  Small accident on the street could injure you in a bad way

I'm guessing there is no SOLO event this coming July 13.

3 races each for the PTCC event?

Please advice Sir Kookie.

Monty, none.  there'll be 3 races each for Grp 1 & 3.  I'm sure Kookie wants to concentrate on those!  Take note Kookie is so far leading in points for the PTCC.  I think he has never won the Driver of the Year for Touring Cars on account of Jody Coseteng.  Hope this will be your year, Kookie!  Go go go!

Sorry Monty did not check post, but August 24, will be SOLO.

To many races last weekend.

Things were up and down that weekend.

Dry Qualifying Jody did a  1:29.54

Race 1 Wet Jody, Kookie, Gaby

Race 2 partial wet track on the road Kookie, Jody, Gaby but Kookie 5 kilos underweight DQ, Gaby 4 kilos underweight DQ Final result Jody, Dennis, Jonation Buxton

Race 3 75% dry track Kookie, Jody, Dennis

Production race plenty of contraversy, on track bumping, off track DQ 4 cars for passing the safety car, off track father punches other driver after bumping incident. Now father banned from the races. Phew the stewards had a busy day.

Action packed weekend indeed!

I hope a system of sanctions are in place, and enforced with full-will, to minimize incidents from getting out of hand.  From what I can deduce, sanctions in place may seem to be too trivial to be a deterrent for such conduct.

Sayang I missed the action but I heard about it.  One of the Group 3 rookie's was tapped or bumped and he went crashing into the wall.  Then I heard he wanted to retaliate but instead it was his father that went to Parc Ferme after all the cars had finished and punched the driver that contacted the car of his son.

Well, I have to say that there is no justification for that kind of behaviour in racing.  I have been in some horrific and severe incidents but for most of us, racing is racing.  We get pissed off at each other and complain to the stewards and AAP but at the end of the day, we never felt the animosity to hurt anyone physically and we still all remain friends.  If you can't control your emotions after an incident like that, you shouldn't be racing at all.  Racing is dangerous enough.  If I felt bad enough to retaliate against a fellow racer, I just won't race if he's racing.  It's just not worth being responsible for somebody getting hurt in racing.  It's supposed to be a sport and passion to enjoy, IMO.

But, it makes for exciting gossip in the PTCC.  All the more for you guys to come and watch the next leg!  ;)
