Bro try evanghelista and look for the shop of Dom, I forgot the name of his shop but he is famous for engines in evanghelista.

For engine installation, Ive tried Autopro here in the south and H3 Autoworks in Antipolo.

Hope that helps!  :occasion14:

If you're buying a surplus or used engine, you cannot be sure on reliability.  You need to do a compression check at least.  B16's are pretty reliable so long as the components are kept in good shape.  But when things get dirty, corroded or old, they willneed replacing and servicing, naturally.  One thing you can do is open the valve cover.  If the oil is clean and surfaces silver, not brown and sludgy, at least you can be assured the owner changed oil regularly.

There is no dishonor in losing the race. There is

Dom's place is... or was... Parts and Shop. Okay naman siya... I know a lot of satisfied guys who bought from him... I did, and though I had trouble with the swap wiring, the engine itself was in great condition (good compression, revved well, and made good power), and he was helpful in replacing small electricals that were not in condition.

As for the swap, it might be better to have the swap done at a shop mismo or with a specialist, they don't really have garage space there.

Walang guaranty yung mga makina kay Dom.  :boxing: Best thing to do would be to find a good shop that will give some kind of guaranty or service if problems do come up with after the swap. There's a place that specializes in honda engines located in Southwoods exit sa slex. After exiting go to the route going to binan but from southwoods exit only a few minutes away on the right side. PITCREW yung name ng shop and look for Ariel the owner.  :occasion14: Tell him recommended by Kit sa forums.  :sign13: PM me if you want to get his no.  :police:
Wassup!!! :-)
