hi guys, need your help.  i'm planning to change the color of my car from maroon to metallic blue color.  do you know whether i need to ask permission first to LTO?  if so, what are the requirements? thank you very much!

Territory TX

if my memory serves me right, you need to have the following documents:

**affidavit - change color
**OR/CR
**Valid ID - government issued
**deed of sale
**highway patrol clearance - from camp karingal

or do it the worry free way = non-appearance by your suking taga-lakad. less abala. it will cost you around 5k siguro or less for everything.
