I'm not much of an F1 fan but does this switch show the frustration amongst drivers in the F1 circle?

No, it just shows that Kimi really wants to drive the in the WRC. He did a few rallies last year and raced in Rally Finland in a lower category car. Since it's only a one year deal, he gets to rally while waiting for a ride back into F1 oh and he gets paid by Citroen on top of the $35M from Ferrari. His agent\manager is a bloody genius!
