i think tama lang. nga pala, forced-fed engines tends to heat up more compared to NA. thus, it may really consume water lalo na if pure water lang and no coolant added.

how about your engine? do you use water lang or coolant din?

and do you top up?

When water inside our Engine and Radiator heats up, the Radiator Valve Cap opens to liberate some (positive) pressure inside the Radiator and the water goes to the Coolant Reservoir. This is the reason why the Coolant Reservoir only needs to be filled up to its water level marker. That air space is important to give way for expansion.

Assuming that the Cooling System  is perfectly sealed, when it cools down, it creates a negative pressure (vacuum) and the water is suppose to be sip back from the Reservoir to the Radiator. If such process doesn't gives you that result,
I believed that somewhere down the line there is a leak or you have a leak in your Radiator.  :sign13:

I'm sorry but 250ml-330ml top-ups on a daily basis is too much for me. I don't think that such engine regardless FI or NA was designed to be that inconvenient. Do you?

Probable leaky Radiator somewhere above. Why don't you do a visual inspection of dried watermarks.

both my cars runs on coolant + distilled water. no, i never top up... once lang pala. nung pinuno ng tubig nung istupido naming driver yung reservoir ng blue.. ayun, tumapon yung coolant. sayang. :violent1:

Hehehehe i agree with Jez. Since the radiator replacement nag top up ako twice pa lang. And napalitan sya before the december BRC trackday. I just check the water level sa reservoir every weekend before going to autotech dahil sobrang init ng panahon.

And yeah mula nung nag uulan, ang ganda ng takbo ng auto ko. Parang mas excited pa sya sakin bumiyahe eh. hehehe

@all: guys alam ko na deperensya... radiator talaga nagbawas nanaman naglagay ako 1.5li of water kanina umaga..i guess may leak to na di ko nakikita dahil pag tumatakbo lang sya nag leleak..better to change my rad na pag nakaipon, tambak muna ulit si puti sa garahe heheheh..

^^thanks noonoo, i called shags na tama ka sa pricing hehehehe go na ako sa bnew para less hassle, and i think baka isabay ko na si radiator para safe ang byahe, eto na daily car ko ulit mas matipid talaga sa gasolina eh yun nga lang di ganun ka comfort.
