thicker oil higher consumption?

If I can recall correctly they recommended using 15w50 for 4g63t for the Evos before, I think something to do with the lifters.

actually the thicker the oil, the longer it takes to go up which causes the lifters to make more noise. ideally use a thinner oil so it pumps quicker and kung maingay yung lifters just bleed them. baka naubusan lang ng oil. syempre though if the evo sees track use then the thicker oil may be better as it will be able to withstand the temps better.
