Automotive companies making great effort in teaching and showing awareness about road traffic safety.

Aside from Toyota, Honda also has their HSDC or Honda Safety Driving Center. Pretty sure other auto companies also have their own programs for safety driving.   :notworthy:

I hope the government would include safety driving on their agenda.

Don't expect anything from government.  If a blind man can get a driver's license from LTO, how can government teach this person safe driving techniques? Haha!  Pa pogi lang tao sa government.  If they are doing something you think is right, meron hidden agenda yan.

Well, Ford has been active in the Road Safety advocacy, they were giving training camps for free even before Honda arrived. Shameless plug for those who know, but since it was brought up ;)

They've been recognized by the World Health Organization and have collaborated for local road safety initiatives.

ang dapat diyan ay i revoke lahat ng current licenses. and everyone i mean everyone will take a new exam and should pass it before given a new license.

but given the situation here in the philippines in which the root of the problem is the filipino people themselves.

El

i dont think its a "filipino" thing... marami rin balasubas mag drive and similarly mahilig mag angas angasan sa kalye sa ibang bansa...

anderson

those fixers are just one of the worse hidden agenda in the LTO and making leaks of people who do not deserve to earn a drivers license.

pre if u let everyone take the test again i assure you, lahat ng jeepney drivers babagsak. same goes for the bus drivers and the taxi drivers. the whole metro would ground to a halt.

....but then again we'll have the roads all to ourselves hahahaha
We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.
