i wanted to retouch the paint of my wheels specially the lip of one of the wheels. there are some minor scapes that show the primer and i wanted to get rid of it.

my wheel's color is gun metal and i'm looking for a spray paint with that color. problem is, it seems that there is none. i looked at brands like pylox, rj, etc., that you can find at ace, handyman and true value.

it there a place and a brand that you can recommend?

thanks.

There are non in our local market. I suggest having them repainted again... or much better have them powder coated. I assume your wheels have been repainted before because of the primer showing.

it's still the original paint. i'm not really sure if it's the primer. only a very small portion of the lip has this white thing which i assume as primer. it's only on one of the wheels and i just wanter to retouch it so it won't look that bad to me. most of my friends told me that it's not noticeable. but i guess, i'm a little oc. :)

Yeah we're all just fussy w/ our cars.  ;) Ah original paint then that's still covered w/ powder cote. Well if that's the case just get a gun metal touch up paint. Try concorde. I bought a jdm touch up paint there before, I'm just not sure if they still sell these. Before there are touch ups w/ paint codes for almost all jap cars.
