tanong lang po mga sir kung ano ok na car horn pagdating sa loudness at durability?
stebel nautilus, stebel magnum, or mitsuba?

gud motoring po!

Depends on your budget.

Nautilus is a different type since it is actually an air horn, just in a compact package since the horn and compressor are mounted together. The Magnum for me is the best buy since its really a bang for the buck horn.

The Mitsuba may be loud, but is ridiculously expensive for a car horn. You can buy more useful things than it.

i've used my stebel magnum for 4 years until i sold my car,it's superb and bang for the buck...mitsubas are too expensive but if you have enough budget why not

There are smaller and cheaper Mitsubas being sold at Concorde stores but they are not as loud as the Nautilus. Bosch has a version which sounds very similar to the Nautilus.

I got a surplus mitsuba horn in my Altis, and still sounds strong and whole.  ;)   we also have a magnum in our Celerio. its strength and sound quality somewhat degraded after it went through some floodwaters last year.  :-\

so beside the fact na mas expensive ang mitsuba kesa stebel magnum mas malakas pa rin at mas durable ang mitsuba kesa stebel magnum?

yes, and yes!  I got mine as a 2nd hand surplus for a lot less than a brand new (fake) mitsuba. beware of fake mitsubas in the market though! there are many unscrupulous shops selling these.  :nono:

what about bosch? others say its louder daw than magnum and stebel.

The Bosch version used to be a knock off Nautilus actually. IIRC they got a complaint from Stebel and now have Stebel make for them since the design is patented  by Stebel.

so i guess i'll buy the stebel magnum na lang for practical reason na mura and durable (sana). its has enough loudness na siguro para mapamura sa gulat yung mga insensitive na bus at jeepney driver.

The TS may also consider Fiamm although I don't know if the Fanfaren is still in the market
...and we 'drive' our cars on the 'parkway' and 'park' our cars on the 'driveway'...
