We're close to buying a 2014 Chevrolet Trailblazer 4x2 LT A/T. I need to know the cons about this vehicle. Almost puro pros nalang nababasa ko e.  Are there any common problems and complaints from current and former owners about this vehicle and the afterservice of chev? how about the maintenance and availability of spare parts if not buying from casa? Thank you!

Its not as common on the road as a Fortuner or Montero, so dont expect, that spare parts are as readily available from auto part shops. You will most likely need to get everything from the casa. Mind you if you want to maintain the vehicles warrenty, you need to get it serviced at the casa anyway. So for the first 5 years or 100.000 km, I dont think it will make much of a difference?

Also Ford and Chevrolet are american carmakers. And I have heard some complaints, that they tend to stock spare parts only as whole units, which are easy to assemble, because thats the way maintenance is done in the US due to high labour costs. So its reasonable to expect maintenance to be a bit more expensive in the long run than with a Toyota or Mitsubishi.

If that is enough to put you off, is up to you. The Trailblazer is currently the latest entry to the pick-up based SUV class and according to many people also the best.
