You can only get it from the AAP.
Automobile Association of the Philippines

Requirements for application of racing driver's license:
1.   ECG Results (For new applicants only)
2.   Medical Examination
3.   Certification (circuit, rally, kart..pls read below)
4.   1 pc 1x1 pic
5.   2 pcs 2x2 pic
6.   Valid local license

The racing license fee costs P1,000
You will need a certification from the following organizations based on which type of races you plan to join (circuit, Car rally/Rally cross, Karting, Slalom, Drag and off road) costs from P500-1,000 depending on the organization's membership fee.

Unfortunately for those who might have thought of this, you CAN'T show it to the cop if you are apprehended for racing on the street or doing some stunts on the street.  ;D

You also can't compete in RWYB if you have a racing license. Unless you seriously plan on competing in any regular racing series, I do not recommend obtaining a racing license just yet.

itchywitch

it depends though...

you cannot run in RWYB if you have a license in circuit racing...

but you can if its just a rally or kart license :D

with each certificate you submit you get a circle in your license that accredits you for whichever sport..

;)

The EK is the birth of the genuine Civic Type R.

EGB results? Baka ECG...Electro CardioGram. Basically an examination of the heart to see if you have any heart diseases that would prevent you from racing safely.
In a world of compromise, some don't.

you think if your heart isn't in perfect condition..they'd turn u down?  i took an ecg when i was only 17 and they said i had arythmia...

... i'll fake it na lang.  :P

johnadoo

Itch, when will you get yours?  Pasabay naman ;D  It'll last for a year lang ba?

itchywitch

johnadoo: i have to take a leave this week...
magaabsent ka din ba?  was planning on thursday..

enigz will be going with me too...and we'll buy na rin a new helmet.  may shoei kami na natatanggal na yung foam  :cwm2: (enigz..the blue not the white)

about the validity of the license..i think it's one year lang...but when you renew simpler process na..no need for another ecg  ;D

for what category sayo? brent is right... dnt muna if it will disqualify you from the amateur races you want to join...
