try fusion R... you might run across a guy named ernie there.  crazy ernie turbo's mitsus primarily.  he uses garrett turbo's and, well the results are good.  i think he tuned a lancer GSR to around 215hp.

i dunno what exactly, just overheard it.  that's not the power to the wheels so i figure it might be lower when you translate the power to the wheels.
