Dba mahirap i-balance yung tire after using the emergency tire inflator/sealant?  

Pano ba yung procedure ng paggamit nito, use to solve puncture, and then bring to tire shop and have them seal the hole with a patch?

Kinda reluctant to use this, baka masama sa tire in the long run, or baka mali yung subsequent steps ko after using it for an emergency.

The chemicals inside can only seal up to a limited size ng puncture. It cannot seal large punctures, cracks, and cracks on the side wall of your tires. It's only a TEMPORARY solution para di ka masyadong maabala at mahirapan lalo na kung umuulan, nagmamadali ka, or kung maganda ang suot mo kasi may date ka pa. You should drive to a vulcanizing shop as soon as you can because the chemicals stick to the inside of your rims and tires, and are so difficult to scrub off. Matagal na akong gumagamit nito, and sulit naman for the price. It can save you a lot of time and effort if ever ma-flat tire kayo. HTH
