Specifically, I have a chassis, engine, suspension, axles, steering, dashboard, and seats. How do I bring them home to 'Pinas? Can't be FedEx...?

You better consult with a customs broker on the best way to go about it. You may be slapped with an exorbitant tax and tariff charge, or worst confiscation.

Get in touch with some filipino cargo consolidators over there.  They can bring that in for you without it being "discovered" by customs.  The engine is not too expensive cuz you can practically put that in an oversized cargo box.  The chassis will use up alot of linear space.  i had some axles brought in that I had won on ebay and they cost me $75.  Not a bad price at all.

The real problem is  if you are going to register that here as a vehicle because it wont have any "history" or origin.  One can create an origin but it will take some money.  If however you plan to stick it into an existing vehicle, keep the original engine so you can get the serial numbers for  any required stenciling.  Please note that I am not encouraging the commission of illegal activities.  I am just telling you what goes on in this part of the world.  hope this helps.

so, how are those "assembled" vehicles such as those stainless steel jeeps and hummer knockoffs registered? what gives them their unique identity? engine number? chassis number? body number?

the LTO would require the submission of local sales invoices of the chassis, body, engine. "dealer's report" and "certificate of payment"  for the engine, chassis and body too(if it is imported surplus) no need if its locally manufactured. affidavit of assembly from the shop/mechanic, police clearance......

i hope i didnt miss something
