My car aircon is not generating cooling anymore. I was wondering if anybody here can refer me to a competent car aircon specialist somewhere in mandaluyong or pasig. Please help kasi I inquired sa kasa and they estimated it to go as high as 20K  if the evaporator will be changed!!

bring your car there for a free check-up & estimate.

they are good, really good.
all orig parts nga lang (no surplus).

btw, sharap ng amoy ng freon nila ;D. (they dont recommend fast charging of freon, it clogs the condenser, or something ;D i forgot)

tell them ryan pogi of NB recommended you.

Just makesure all orig parts ang gagamitin. sa labor and refrigerant ka na lang makakatipid. make sure also that if its a R-143A system, yun din refrigerant ang gagamitin. some say puwede ang R-12 freon kasi mas mura but the long term effect sa compressor mo and the valves is not worth it.  ilearned my leson na, ok lang kasi company car naman pero hassle lagi nagpapagawa. the condenser and cooling coil (evaporator) kelangan orig because of the thermodynamic efficiencyof orig versus replacement or even locally fabricated types.  thermodynamic efficiency meaning that the amount of surface area that the refrigerant is exposed to will play a big part in transfering the heat between refrigerant and the ambient air. the filter drier naman have compatibility problems liek what happened to my bro's Glxi lancer. ganun din with expansion valves, single and double capilliary, then yun calibration ng vacuum tube which must be perfectly dynamic with the valve para hndi mag hi-pressure yun refrigerant which may cause damage to compressor, and hoses, and even the condenser.

i have this kind of problem, pag idle nakabukas ang A/C my rpm get higher around 1200 rpm every secs(3 times tumataas every secs everytime na nagloloko di siya steady),  then na wawala yun lamig na lumalabas sa A/C, pro once na im running 20-40 kph, yun A/C back to normal pro yun takbo ko di smooth. inayos na kc din ito sa casa, ang problem daw di makukuha ng enough air yun A/C, kaya nilinis nila, after that okay naman pero after a month balik na naman yun problem..  wats seems the problem kaya? ???

other shops kasi tend to do fast charging of freon (which i thot is okay) about 30 mins (and patay ang makina).
other specialist naman do it in 1 hr (the least). engine is running and the a/c is on while charging it.
