SEALANT OVER WAX or WaX ovr Sealant???

guys tanong ko lang w/c comes first in terms of application. WAX ba muna bago sealant o (vice versa) what is the best way to apply it?? yung tatagal ang kintab>

ang alam ko is dapat sa una is gamit ng polishing compound para para mawala mga imperfections, para mawala din swirl marks tapos u apply the sealant na to protect it.... tama ba mga guys

2.clay it
3.polish it if you want to remove the swirls
4.use a non abrasive clener if you want.. meron ibang sealants like klasse may cleaner kasama
5.use the sealant.. one to 3 coats... wait for 30 to 1 hour per coat depending on what brand you use
6.then if you want to put wax it's the last step.. if will just last you maybe 1 to 2 weeks max, you just put it there to give you more protection and the depth that selants don't give.. sealants kasi more on gloss and kintab

but if your using Zaino sealants you can't put wax over it becuase mas mabilis mawala yun sealant cuz yun wax tinatangal ang bond ng sealant sa paint

all other selaants sa pagkaalam ko pwede top off with wax like geki, fusso, klasse, eagleone etc....

That's your question right? Well, the ONLY way to really apply it correctly is to apply a sealant over a paint, not anything else... So don't apply a wax underneath a sealant.

And with regards to kintab, it's the polishing that creates the gloss, not the topper product... Gloss, shine, etc are highly subjective...

KBH, ok rin ba kahit d ko na i polish yung auto. and how long will the sealant last naman? and how will i maintain it?? shud i wax every 2 weeks??

yep it's ok...
it really depends on you whether you want to remove the swirls or not... mas ok if you polish it para when you put sealant mas maganda tignan...

sealant last you around 2 to 3 months... just maintain it by washing your car...
kung konti lang ang dirt use konting shampoo lang cuz madali lang matangal ang dirt when you have a sealant...
when your using a pressurize washer sa auto mo makikita mo tanggal kaad ang dumi because selants and waxes gives you protection...
just make sure na shampoo mo yun ordinary na walang wax additive kasama cuz kung meron mas mailis matanggal yun sealant mo

how wil i know kung i need to apply sealant again??? dba pag wax at lest every 2 weeks apply ulit? eh yung sealant is there any indication that i have to apply again.??

glaze it first before you wax....

what do you mean polish oils? the resedue? you can remove it with a qd then wipe it off na lang

hindi residue.  Some polishes like DACP contain oils to make the finish shiny.  Will claying remove it?

mojako: no amount of fillers really, substantially increases the gloss or depth of a polished paint... the "fillers" in most polishes diminishes even if you just leave it alone, it's not "oil" as in a film of oil on top of the paint, the fillers can evaporate in a couple of days even if you don't touch it... water washing alone will diminish it's presence, so naturally, claying, using a cleaner wax, etc on top of a polish or glaze will somewhat diminish it's presence...
