*good for track cornering, but a bit harsh on manila rough roads  :-\

Civic EK4
Spoon/Showa Sport Damper kit

A little harsh but tolerable. Good on track. Wish I had coilovers for track though.  :)

Ride: Civic EK4

Coilovers: Tanabe Sustec Pro

How is it?: Tolerable although it could leave you desiring for more comfort even at the softest setting. Good for track though as you can adjust the ride height and stiffness.

springs: H&R
shocks: KYB gas

i'd say just right for everyday use, a little on the soft side for the track.  ;)

Car: Civic EK
Before: Spoon/Showa Damper Kit
Now: Neuspeed Greens and Koni Yellows

Spoon was stiff, very good for track but not really good for street. With the Koni Yellows, I can adjust it from hard to soft, but it's softest setting is still a bit harsh. The full stiff setting is very good for the track though. Now I just need a different set of springs for the track :)
In a world of compromise, some don't.

Car:  Lynx 2001
Spring/Coilover:  Eibach PRO Kit
Shocks:  Stock shocks

Ride:  Wala masyado pinagbago sa ride comfort which really surprised me.  Siguro kasi sobrang taas talaga ng lynx na kelangang idapa ng konti. :)  Ok sya sa cornering though I haven't tried it in a track.

> bmw 320i
> h&r

> ride is ok for me. comparable to stock but performs better  when cornering. (although a certain degree of the "harsh" ride can be attributed to the 18" rims)
