oo nga eh nakita ko sa car show, nagtataka lang ko kung pano gagawin sa registration.

saktong sakto ba yun conversion? down to the last detail?

IMO feeling yun mga nagpapaconvert eh. if they really want a nav, get a real one. nagmumukha kasing trying hard yun nagcoconvert ng expe sa nav. if its 300K, i'd rather spend that money on a full sound set-up. masmasaya pa siguro family ko :)

although, they use the same platform, the actual body panels, glass windows and trims are totally different.
its like saying that youre converting a camry into a Lexus ES300 or RX300. It aint gonna happen....

no problem with the registration, it's still a expedition at heart since the changes are mainly cosmetic.

i agree with andrew, the cost of the conversion would make me think twice. i do like(and wouldn't mind) doing a f150 with a navigator front end treatment though. 8)

Agreed.

Hi Guys!

There are still a lot of differences between a converted Expedition and a real Navigator, for instance, yung automatic sidesteps ng Nav wala naman sa converted Expy. Just to share, one bad thing about the conversion is the safety issues: most of the parts that will be changed will be changed to fiberglass components.

On the registration, sa tingin ko no problems at all naman since facelift lang ginawa sa Expy.

I agree with Andrew, kung ganung amount ng money gagastusin ko for a conversion, I'd rather purchase a full sound setup. Mas ok pa. Diba guwapo naman Expy na naka full setup? Hehe!

Yeah I'd rather spend the money on nice wheels, a big brake kit from Wilwood or Fast Brakes USA (cheaper than AP / Brembo / Alcon) and some nice audio set-up too. :)
