Available in GT and Trofeo variants, for now
ICE, hybrid, full-electric, you name it. Whatever propulsion you prefer, Maserati has it for you.
Modena Motorsports, Inc. has launched the 2024 Grecale SUV. And yes, it is being offered with a wide range of engine choices.
At launch, the GT and Trofeo variants are being offered. The former has a four-cylinder mild-hybrid engine that puts out 300 PS, while the Trofeo has a 3.0-liter V6 that develops 530 PS. Other variants that will follow are the PrimaSerie Launch Edition, the Modena with a 330 PS mild-hybrid four-banger, and finally the full-electric Grecale Folgore, which will arrive in a year's time.
Size-wise, the Maserati Grecale measures 4846 mm long, 2163 mm wide and 1670 mm tall with a 2901 mm wheelbase.
The front features an imposing grille with the trademark Trident emblem that's flanked by a pair of LED headlights. Maserati says the design of the Grecale represents the brand's new visual symbol that uses flowing lines and trims finished in carbon fiber.
The Giugiaro 3200 GT-inspired taillights nicely blend in to the coupe-like rear end, while the design is finished off with the Grecale wearing 20-inch wheels for the GT and 21-inch for the Trofeo variant.
Inside, the traditional Maserati clockface is made digital, while the dashboard has a large 12.3-inch screen for the infotainment system. An digital instrument screen greets the driver, while a touch panel is also utilized for the controls of the climate system.
The in-car aural experience is courtesy of a 14 or 21-speaker Sonus Faber 3D sound system. Other features include the Maserati Vehicle Dynamic Control Module (VDCM) and up to five different drive modes: Comfort, GT, Sport, Corsa (Trofeo only) and Off-Road.
The 2024 Maserati Grecale starts at PHP 8.5 million.
