DPWH to conduct road reblocking in 16 Metro Manila areas tonight
Department of Public Works and Highways to begin road reblocking works at 11:00 PM October 13

If you're going out and about this coming weekend, you might want to plan your routes ahead of time to avoid further traffic hassle.
The Department of Public Works and Highways has announced they are conducting road reblocking and repairs on 16 different Metro Manila locations starting 11:00 PM tonight, October 13 until 5:00 AM of October 16. The affected roads are as follows:

1. C-5 ROAD (NB) Lane 2, Pasig City
2. C-5 to Korean Embassy (SB) 2nd lane, Makati City
3. EDSA Taft Ave., to MRT Station 4th lane, Pasay City

4. EDSA Annapolis (SB) to Connecticut (Outer lane), San Juan City
5. Taft Ave corner Pedro Gil St., Manila City
6. EDSA (SB) after Malibay Bridge (Outer lane), Pasay City

7. Mindanao Ave. from Road 20 to Tandang Sora Ave, 2nd lane from sidewalk, Quezon City
8. A. Bonifacio Ave. (NB) corner Sgt. Rivera St., 2nd lane from sidewalk, Quezon City
9. After C-5 Road (SB) and Ayala heights intersection, Quezon City

10. C-5 Road (SB) after Magsaysay Ave., Quezon City
11. C-5 Road (SB) after Magsaysay Ave. near U-turn Slot, Quezon City
12. Commonwealth Ave. (SB) fronting Hyundai Motors to fronting RCBC 2nd lane from sidewalk, Quezon City

13. C-5 Road along Lanuza Ave. (S-2 M Out) & Casa Verde Townhomes, along Lanuza Ave. (S-2 M In) & Casa Verde Townhomes, Pasig City
14. C-3 Road (EB) between Rizal Ave. to M.H Del Pilar St. (1st lane from sidewalk), Caloocan City

15. Rizal Ave. Exit. (NB) between 11th Ave. and Bustamante St. (2nd lane), Caloocan City
16. EDSA (NB) between Tandang Sora to Gen/ Malvar (3rd lane from sidewalk), Caloocan City
DPWH advises motorists to take alternate routes in the meantime. But by 5:00 AM of October 16, the agency says the affected roads will be fully passable.
