Here are the prices, specs, and variants of 2021 Honda CR-V
Honda Cars Philippines Inc launches 2021 CR-V together with all-new City

Ever since its global launch in 2019, the facelifted CR-V has been one of the most highly anticipated models from Honda. When it made its regional debut in Thailand earlier this year, we knew it was only a matter of time before the crossover arrived in the Philippines. Now, it’s finally here together with the all-new City.

Unlike the City which is a completely new model, the CR-V only underwent a minor refresh. At first glance, the exterior changes are not immediately apparent. Rather than going for bold design changes, Honda went with a more subtle approach. The most noticeable change, however, would be the bumper which now has more black cladding. It also gets a bolder-looking grille together with reshaped foglight housings.

Along the side, the only visual changes are the new 18-inch wheels. The subtle update continue along the rear with darker-tinted LED taillights. Though it’s quite hard to tell, there is also a new chrome trim on the tailgate together with a new rear bumper with sportier exhaust finishers.

Inside, the cabin remains relatively unchanged, from the dashboard, dual-zone climate control, touchscreen infotainment down to the push-button gear selectors. Depending on the variant you pick, the faux wood trim is retained. What’s new though is the wireless charger available and power passenger seats for the top-of-the-line model. Just as before, it also comes in 5 or 7 seating.

Under the hood, the engines from the pre-facelift CR-V have been carried over. The entry-level model packs a 2.0-liter gasoline engine paired with a CVT which continues to produce 154 PS and 189 Nm torque. Meanwhile, the rest of the line features the 1.6-liter turbo diesel engine good for 120 PS and 300 Nm torque. A 9-speed automatic transmission sends power to the front wheel except for the range-topping variant which comes with all-wheel-drive.

Prices for the 2021 Honda CR-V are as follows:
2021 Honda CR-V 2.0S CVT (5-Seater) – PhP 1,678,000
2021 Honda CR-V V Diesel 9AT (7-Seater) – PhP 1,713,000
