Isuzu PH launches 2020 D-Max Boondock 4x4 with PhP 95K discount
Choose between automatic or manual for the 2020 Isuzu D-Max Boondock 4x4

The wait is over as Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) officially launched the 2020 D-Max Boondock 4x4. First previewed by IPC in March, the reveal of the D-Max Boondock 4x4 marks the brand's first-ever digital launch amid the pandemic.
Featuring an upgraded exterior and suspension, the new Boondock 4x4 now serves as the brand's most capable off-road-ready pick-up truck to date. Starting with the most obvious, the pick-up gets huge 265/70/R17 all-terrain tires that are wrapped in rally-type alloy wheels. It also gets new nitrogen-charged monotube dampers for the front and rear suspension for improved ride and steering control.

New honeycomb-style side steps with unique 'Boondock' lettering not only provides easier egress/ingress for passengers, but it also allows users to easily clean it. Other exterior upgrades Isuzu introduced on the new Boondock 4x4 are a new front grille/front bumper design finished in gray, distinct body graphics on the hood and doors, Boondock decal on the tailgate, cargo bed extender, roof rails, rocker panels, over-fenders, bed liner, and a front skid plate.
As far as amenities are concerned, the D-Max Boondock 4x4 has plenty. It has leather upholstery, 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment with navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, USB/Aux ports, a six-speaker audio system, and automatic climate control.

Safety features, on the other hand, include anti-lock brakes with electronic brakeforce distribution, brake assist, traction control, electronic stability control, hill-start assist, hill-descent control, and reverse camera with parking sensors.
Under the hood, the D-Max Boondock 4x4 is powered by the familiar 3.0-liter 4JJ1-TCX turbocharged inline-four. It puts out 177 PS at 3600 rpm, along with 380 Nm of torque at 1800 – 2800 rpm. Power is then sent to either a six-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission.

Available colors for the 2020 D-Max Boondock 4x4 are Cosmic Black, Red Spinel, Silky Pearl White, and Titanium Silver.
The 2020 D-Max Boondock 4x4 is available in manual and automatic variants – PhP 1,725,000 for the M/T and PhP 1,795,000 for the A/T. As an added bonus, there's a PhP 95,000 discount awaiting customers that wish to buy the new D-Max Boondock as part of Isuzu's Monsoon promo. The special promo is available only until the end of June.
