Possible refreshed look of 2024 Porsche Cayenne leaked via new infotainment system

Last week, Porsche officially revealed the first images of the 2024 Cayenne. While the automaker has not revealed the exterior of the facelifted crossover, they showed us its more high-tech interior.

With a bevy of digital displays and touchscreens, the cabin of the 2024 Cayenne now looks more like the all-electric Taycan. It even gets a toggle switch-style gear selector, a new steering wheel inspired by the 911, a digital air-conditioning panel on the center console, and an optional passenger-side touchscreen to take the strain away from the driver while on the road.

With its world premiere set at this year's Auto Shanghai in a couple of weeks, it won't be long before we see the refreshed Cayenne in its entirety. But even before it debuts in Shanghai on April 18, someone has already leaked what the 2024 Cayenne could look like.

LOOK: Is this the 2024 Porsche Cayenne? image

According to a post by Instagram users cochespias1 and wilcoblok, the latest images of the supposed 2024 Cayenne are captures of images displayed in the updated infotainment system. Despite the grainy quality of the image, it's quite apparent the Cayenne that is reportedly shown here gets a very different look.

With its redesigned headlights, sleeker grille, and cleaner bumper, the 2024 Cayenne now greatly resembles the Taycan's looks. The changes around the back, however, are more subtle. What's noticeable, however, is the new LED light bar that stretches the entire width of the SUV. Combined with the restyled taillights that are now incorporated into the light bar, it makes for a sleeker look that also resembles the Taycan EV.

Other details about the 2024 Porsche Cayenne are still unavailable. But with its global debut set to happen at 2023 Auto Shanghai, we can probably expect more leaks or details to be shown by Porsche before its eventual reveal. We'll be keeping our fingers crossed that this will be the case.
