PIMS 2024: Nissan PH launches track-ready Z NISMO
2025 Nissan Z Nismo debuts at 2024 Philippine International Motor Show

NISMO is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, and now their gift for Filipino car enthusiasts is here.
Making its official launch at the 2024 Philippine International Motor Show is the all-new Nissan Z Nismo – the hotter, more track focused version of the RZ34.

Sporting the signature red NISMO exterior accents on the front chin splitter, side skirt, and diffuser, the Z Nismo distinguishes itself by being an inch longer and an inch wider than the standard Z.
In front, the Z Nismo has the “G Nose” – an extended bumper snout that pays tribute to the original Datsun Fairlady 240ZG. Along with these, there are also canards at the car’s front corners to create positive downforce and improve the car’s aerodynamics.

Speaking of aerodynamics, a taller and wider rear spoiler is found at the back of the Z Nismo, while the Katana blade-style treatment is found at the car’s window line to create a contrast in the sports car’s black-painted roof.
Rounding up the NISMO exterior treatment is a set of 19-inch forged aluminum wheels made by Rays and wrapped in 255 front and 285 mm wide Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT600 tires.

Inside, the Z Nismo is fitted with red Recaro seats with NISMO stitching at the headrest. There’s also a special NISMO start up animation on the digital instrument cluster once you press the start/stop button. Completing the NISMO treatment inside is a special steering wheel wrapped in a combination of Alcantara and leather with a red marker at the 12 o’clock position.

Powering the Z Nismo is an enhanced version of the VR30DDTT, producing 420 PS at 6400 rpm and 520 Nm of torque from 2000-5200 rpm. The Z Nismo is solely available with a NISMO-tuned 9-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters for manual control of the cogs.
Bigger disc brakes were also fitted to the Z Nismo for better stopping power, while a special NISMO-tuned suspension with additional bracing makes the car more rigid for better handling on the track.
The Nissan Z Nismo retails for PHP 4.688 million and will be arriving in the Philippines on January 2025.
You can check out the Nissan Z Nismo at the Philippine International Motor Show from October 24 to 27, 2024 at the World Trade Center.
