Audi Philippines distributor PGA Cars Inc. will be at the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell Center in Makati this weekend with something special.

Set to make its presence felt on August 7, 2026, at the North Court of the Power Plant Mall is the all-new Audi RS 5. First launched earlier this year, the latest RS 5 trades pure internal combustion for a high-performance plug-in hybrid powertrain.

The all-new Audi RS 5 will get the same PHEV powertrain as the ones offered in Europe. That means a 2.9L twin-turbo V6 engine that makes 510 HP with 600 Nm of torque. It is then assisted by an electric motor that sits between the RS 5's eight-speed automatic transmission and produces 177 HP and a healthy 460 Nm of torque. The motor then gets its power from a 25.9 kWh battery pack.

The result is a combined system output of 639 HP and a staggering 825 Nm of torque. It also has an electric range of up to 87 km, and power is sent to all four wheels via the brand's quattro AWD system with Dynamic Torque Control. From a standstill, Audi says the RS 5 can catapult itself to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds, despite weighing over 2,355 kg.

Aside from the all-new RS 5, Audi Philippines will also be showcasing the recently launched hybrid models: the all-new Q3 and Q5.
