Surprise! Jeep brings back HEMI-powered Wrangler Rubicon 392
Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition is not final as Jeep brings back HEMI-powered SUV for 2025 MY

Earlier this year, Jeep bid farewell to the V8-powered Wrangler by releasing the limited edition Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition. With only 3,700 units available, it will be a sought-after vehicle as it's one of the only few Jeep Wranglers that come with a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 pushing 477 PS and 637 Nm of torque.
Combined with a 4x4 system, this go-anywhere Jeep can go from 0 – 97 km/h in 4.5 seconds and finish the quarter mile in only 13 seconds – impressive for such a tall and hefty SUV. But alas, some things are not meant to be forever...or so Jeep wanted us to think.
While Jeep initially said the HEMI-powered Wrangler is going away, it seems the brand had a change of heart as the Wrangler Rubicon 392 has returned for the 2025 model year. You read right, the V8-powered 4x4 is here to stay due to popular demand and while it's good news for enthusiasts, collectors and those looking to make a quick buck reselling the Final Edition might be disappointed right about now.

For Jeep customers who wanted to get one before the Final Edition rolled off the factory, now is their chance to get one. But just how many units of the 2025 Wrangler Rubicon 392 will Jeep actually produce? The company did not say how many they would make but they did reiterate that due to popular demand, they had to continue making the Wrangler Rubicon 392.
Much like the Final Edition, the 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 will get the same level of features like a factory 2-inch lift kit, upgraded frame rails, high-performance shocks, heavy-duty brakes, 17-inch beadlock wheels wrapped in 35-inch BF Goodrich all-terrain tires, and a factory-installed 8,000 lbs (3,628 kg) Warn power winch.
With the Wrangler Rubicon 392 not going away anytime soon, we won't be surprised if enthusiasts try to get their hands on one once the ordering books open later this year. The only question now is, will we ever see Jeep Philippines bring the HEMI-powered Wrangler to the country?
