Toyota PH launches all-new 2015 Avanza
Toyota's all-new compact seven seater arrives in the Philippines

After four years on the market, the current Avanza bows out to make way for the all-new model. The best-selling Compact Multi-Purpose Vehicle promises more power, improved fuel efficiency and an enhanced level of suppressing Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) for a more comfortable ride.

Featuring an all-new exterior, the grille and bumper have been integrated and a bold character line gives the front bumper a squared-off look. More prominent fender flares adorn the sides of the all-new Avanza. For the top-spec models, the 2015 Avanza rides on 15-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, top-spec Avanzas get a brown interior with grey contrasts which aims to make the passengers feel more comfortable inside. Being true to its MPV roots, the Avanza's third row seats can now be split 50:50 for cargo area flexibility. For in-car technologies, the 2016 Avanza comes with a driver information display that keeps track of fuel economy, as well as an eco-indicator to help the driver when it comes to efficiency. The Avanza is also available with a navi-ready touchscreen display audio system.
Under the hood, the new Avanza still gets the carried over 1.3- or 1.5-liter inline-four engines. The motors however now benefit from Dual VVT-i technology. The smaller engine still produces 90 PS and 117 Nm of torque while the bigger engine doles out 102 PS and 136 Nm of torque.

For safety features, the Avanza comes with standard Anti-lock braking system with electronic brake-force distribution in all variants and a Child Restraint System with ISOFIX mountings.
Color choices for the all-new Avanza are Nebula Blue Metallic, Black Metallic, Grey Metallic, Silver Mica Metallic, Beige Metallic and White.
