2-km section of SFEX closed daily 9PM-4AM until May 16
Portion of Jadjad Bridge along SFEX to be closed every night to give way to engineering works

Going to Subic this week? If you are, here's a heads up if you're traveling to SBMA in the evening.
The NLEX Corporation recently announced that starting tonight, a 2-km portion of the Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEX) will be closed from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM daily until May 16, 2022. This is to give way to engineering works under the Jadjad Bridge which serves as an important link for SFEX.
Only the Subic-bound portion of the bridge will be closed to traffic every night until the early morning. During the said closure, a counterflow lane will be implemented in the Tarlac-bound direction for Subic-bound vehicles to use.

On top of that, NLEX and SFEX will deploy traffic teams from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM every night in order to guide motorists. Last but not least, direction signages will be put up in strategic areas to notify drivers.
If you're looking to get to Subic via SFEX and want to avoid this temporary lane closure, better plan your trip early so you'll be able to cross the Jadjad Bridge before it's closed.
