LX 600 Alpine Lifestyle Concept by Lexus looks ready for the great outdoors
Think Lexus, and most will think of a luxury sedan like the ES 350 or an opulent SUV like the LX 600 that will most likely never set foot off-road. However, Lexus wishes to remind owners that their luxurious SUVs can go off the beaten path as well as go on glamping trips like any 4x4.
To prove just that, Lexus unveiled the LX 600 Alpine Lifestyle Concept at the 2022 SEMA Show. Designed and curated by Hiraku Co., this dressed-up concept has been outfitted with both practical and luxurious appointments to make the most out of any trip to the great outdoors.
For starters, it has been fitted with a Dissent Offroad Body Armor System that consists of front and rear bumpers made from 10-gauge mild steel. It also comes with a Dissent Offroad 5052 aluminum rack system complete with coolers, camping chairs, and GoBoxes from YETI. If those still aren't enough, the SUV has been equipped with Vossen HF-6 Hybrid Forged 20-inch wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich A/T KO2 tires, along with JAOS carbon fiber over fenders.
Giving the LX 600 extra nighttime visibility comes courtesy of a lighting system from Rigid Industries. Not only does it get extra lighting on the front and rear bumpers, but Lexus also installed them on the racks to provide some extra light while glamping.
And since we're talking about glamping, the SUV gets a TrekBoxx Expedition System that neatly stores gear efficiently. More importantly, this system doubles as a galley space for the ultimate tailgate experience – allowing users to prep or cook food and even prepare beverages with ease.
The LX 600 may be seen by many as an uber luxury 4x4 SUV. But for Lexus, it can also serve as your trusty glamping machine wherever the road might take you. If you had the ability to turn your Lexus SUV into the ultimate go-anywhere vehicle, would you transform it like what Lexus did with the LX 600 Alpine Lifestyle Concept?
