What's new with Mercedes-Benz PH's SUVs?
Auto Nation Group, Inc., the exclusive distributor of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the country has brought updates to some of its GL-class SUVs. These include a new variant for the GLA and new features for the bigger GLC and GLE.
After introducing a new Progressive variant in the GLB 200, the GLA is now being offered the Progressive design line for the PH market, which gives the crossover a more attractive look both inside and out.
The new 19-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels complement the vehicle's muscular appearance on the exterior, while interior updates consist of a full ARTICO seat upholstery and a new 10.25-inch MBUX multimedia system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Meanwhile, the bigger GLC 200 is now wearing high-performance LED headlights for better nighttime driving. Like the GLA 200 Progressive, it also has the 10.25-inch MBUX multimedia unit plus a 9-speaker advanced sound system to go along with added storage pockets at the rear seats.
The Mercedes-Benz GLE 300d 4Matic carries the revolutionary MBUX infotainment system to its dual 12.3-inch widescreen cockpit to provide a connected and intelligent experience once onboard the executive SUV.
Like before, the GLE 300D 4Matic is powered by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbo diesel with 245 PS and 500Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 9G-Tronic 9-speed automatic transmission that drives all four wheels thanks to Mercedes-Benz's 4Matic all-wheel-drive system.
