Hyundai Motor Philippines partners with SM MOA for its EV charging station
Electric vehicle owners can look forward to another great perk once they visit the SM Mall of Asia.
Aside from having exclusive parking space, another slot has been opened for EV charging courtesy of Hyundai Motor Philippines.
Hyundai installed a new Wallbox AC charger on the 3rd floor of the North Parking Building of SM Mall of Asia. The charger has a Type 2 connector that works with Hyundai's IONIQ 5 and the all-new IONIQ 6, as well as other EVs that have the same charger type.
Much like SM MOA's existing EV chargers, the Hyundai EV charging station is free to use, giving EV owners the benefit of plugging in their vehicles as they spend time in the mall facilities.
Hyundai Motor Philippines plans to install five more EV charging stations at the following locations: The Podium, SM City Fairview, SM City Clark, SM City Cebu, and SM Lanang Premier.
