Hyundai PH and SM Supermalls now have six EV charging stations

Good news to all hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) owners. There are now six AC charging stations across the nation that are free for you to use. Big props to Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) and SM Supermalls for making this possible.

The latest EV charging station opened was in SM Davao, which joins five other locations around the country - SM Mall of Asia, The Podium, SM Fairview, SM City Clark, and SM City Cebu.

“We are very happy to be letting Davaoeños experience the Hyundai brand in more ways than one. Apart from our newly opened EV charging slot, we have prepared a variety of activities for old and new customers,” said Mark Parulan, Marketing General Manager of HMPH.

The SM Davao location is the last of six planned EV charging stations by the HMPH and SM Supermalls. There is no word yet if more locations will be opened up in the future.

“HME was developed to convey our vision of innovation and sustainability all around the Philippines. It is why we are excited to be bringing it out of Metro Manila and combining it with our special aftersales initiative. We intend to continue with this for the remainder of the year to let even more Filipinos discover how much we value every step of the ownership journey and are constantly searching for ways to enrich it.”
