Mini Philippines and Mini Cebu organize CCLEX breakfast drive
Cebu's newest iconic landmark has welcomed a British motoring icon.
Twenty-nine Minis from the Queen City of the South have crossed the newly-constructed Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) as part of the Mini Cebu Breakfast Drive, jointly organized by Mini Philippines and Mini Cebu.
Mini owners started the drive from Nustar Resort and Casino, Cebu’s premiere, 5-star integrated resort.
From there, the Minis made their way through the entire 8.5-kilometer stretch of CCLEX, which links mainland Cebu to Mactan Island. Over fifty attendees enjoyed a smooth ride over the island’s pristine seas and beautiful coastal views. After crossing over the bridge, the event culminated with a drive back to the premier resort.
The Mini Cebu Breakfast Drive is the British automobile brand’s first run in Cebu this year, aimed at building camaraderie among MINI owners in the region and experiencing the convenience of the newly built CCLEX.
