Affected travelers are advised to take alternative routes. For example, travelers coming from Manila bound for Subic Freeport are advised to take San Fernando, Pampanga exit from NLEX and take the national road (Jose Abad Santos Ave.) and enter SCTEX via Dinalupihan Toll Plaza then to Subic. Alternatively, these travelers may take Jose Abad Santos Ave. all the way to Subic Freeport.
