PBBM's flood control project website received almost 2k submissions
sumbongsapangulo is an online portal where citizens can report anomalous flood control projects

Barely a week after its launch by the President himself, Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr., the website www sumbongsapangulo.ph, has already received almost two thousand reports from citizens, as confirmed by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Usec. Claire Castro.

“The President said the campaign against the contractors behind such flood control projects has just started. According to President Marcos, Jr., someone should be held to account for these kinds of negligence, corruption and swindling and they should be held to account before the law,” said Usec. Castro.
To be exact, PCO said sumbongsapangulo received 1,148 reports from citizens against what they think as anomalous flood control projects, and 823 feedback submissions. During the last three days sumbongsapangulo also received 84,000 website visits.
On August 11, 2025, President Marcos, Jr., urged citizens to visit the platform and utilize its features to track projects and submit feedback. President Marcos also assured the public that all reports or complaints filed through this new website would be sent directly to him, ensuring that their concerns are heard at the highest level of government.
