We want Nissan Kicks 90th Anniversary Commemorative Edition in PH
Updated Nissan Kicks e-Power revealed with special edition models, upgraded features

The Nissan Kicks e-Power is due for an update soon which means it could get a revised exterior and interior design. While the US market already caught a glimpse of the second-generation Kicks which is set to be available later this year, other countries like the Philippines may have to wait a little longer.

In Japan, Nissan recently revealed improved versions of the Kicks e-Power that feature exterior, interior, and tech upgrades. For starters, the Intelligent Around-View Monitor (I-AVM) system is now standard across all variants – enhancing the crossover's safety and convenience. Moreover, a leather-wrapped steering wheel is now standard equipment on all models.

The interior also gets a more stylish look thanks to new two-tone colors. Depending on what the customer wants, the cabin of the Kicks e-Power can come in black-orange, black-beige, and black-brown.

Also worth mentioning is the Kicks 90th Anniversary Commemorative edition which highlights the brand's 90-year history. Unlike a typical Kicks, the special edition model features copper-colored accents throughout the exterior and is complemented by black stripes and 17-inch gunmetal alloy wheels. The cabin, meanwhile, features a combination of black leather fabric, a 90th Anniversary decal, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel.

Last but not least, the Kicks Autech was also given a subtle update for the 2024 model year. Besides giving it the signature blue paint, it gets metal-like finishes on the side sill protector, dark chrome grille, foglight bezels, and bumper trim pieces. Also available are the exclusive 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 205/55 series tires. On the other hand, the interior gets exclusive black leather upholstery and is contrasted by blue contrast stitching on the seats, dashboard, and door panels.

With the Kicks e-Power getting some neat upgrades in Japan, we're hoping they will make these available in Southeast Asian markets like the Philippines. After all, the Nissan Kicks e-Power could use a nip & tuck when it comes to its looks.
